And the beef with MFC and Yahoo! Sports begins…

It’s always fun when presidents of MMA organizations start calling out MMA journalists (but not as fun as calling into MMAscrapsradio drunk). Dana White definitely set the bar when he raged on Loretta Hunt of Sherdog earlier this year. He also earned an Xbox live achievement for the most creative use of the ‘F’ word in a 75 second time span. Dana White later publicly said that he meant everything he said but he wanted to apologize for the homosexual slurs as they had nothing to do with Loretta Hunt’s journalistic integrity. In a moment of pure rawesomeness, Dana White said Loretta Hunt should apologize to him.

If Mark Pavelich wants to enter the realm of ‘Ultimate Power Promoter Beefs’ (Gary Shaw is somewhere in there), he’s going to need to step it up. Check out what the MFC president said about Steve Cofield of Yahoo! Sports in reference to his ‘MFC 23: Where former UFC fighters go to be shamed‘ article.

Steve Cofield Yahoo Sports in your article you sound more like a guy who got picked last for dodge ball in grade school then a legitimate reporter. I can only match them up after that, it’s up to them. Thales Laites 15-3 is hardly a cast off and Solomon fought with tons of heart. Those are the people I am proud to have in my organization. The show was 100 % SOLD OUT and on top of that there was a Snow Storm in Edmonton so there was many people that could not make it due to the fact that the high way was closed. I would of picked you Steve don’t be mad at me.

-Mark Pavelich MFC Predident

Yo, Mark. I’m really happy for you. I’m gonna let you finish, but Dana White had the best MMA journalist beef video of all times.
