Conor McGregor found himself a new challenger in Tommy Fury.

Tommy wants Conor

The announcement of Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson quickly made an impact in both the boxing and MMA world. In fact, Paul’s former opponent, Fury is now thinking of facing McGregor in his looming return.

Fury is still nursing a hand injury but as early as now, he already fancies a showdown with “Notorious.”

“Yeah, definitely [I’m gonna be back anytime soon]. I’m looking to get this [injury] out the way, nice and recovered and then I’ve seen that Jake Paul is fighting Mike Tyson, I mean why not me and McGregor next? How’s that? I’ve got a comeback fight and I’d like him for my return so McGregor, get in touch,” Fury told DAZN.

Conor has already mapped out his plans

While Fury’s challenge sounds interesting, McGregor’s calendar is already marked with three huge potential bouts. According to the former UFC two-division champion, he wants to take on Michael Chandler, Nate Diaz in a trilogy match and Manny Pacquiao this year.

Tommy may have not reached Tyson’s level yet but he has been undefeated in his pro boxing career. His latest victory came via majority decision over KSI last October.

On the other hand, McGregor has yet to find a date for his return. He has not fought professionally since suffering a gruesome leg injury at UFC 264 and his last and only boxing match was against Floyd Mayweather back in 2017.
