Ryan Garcia has been arrested for committing a felony at the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills.
Ryan strikes again
Garcia made headlines this weekend after he was arrested for alleged felony vandalism at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Beverly Hills. Reports from various sources, including CBS Sports stated that the incident involved property damage exceeding $15,000 as Garcia allegedly caused damage in both his room and the hallway.
In a short video clip obtained by TMZ, Garcia could be seen being escorted out by the authorities outside the hotel. In the video, Garcia’s face wasn’t captured but his prominent tattoos in the back confirms the boxing star’s identity.

Garcia has not been at his best mentally as of late and his legal representative Darin Chavez disclosed to ESPN that the boxing star may face additional charges related to public intoxication.

We are working diligently to provide Ryan with the resources he needs. Concerns about Garcia’s well-being even prompted his own family to call for a wellness check on him on Wednesday at the same hotel. After determining Garcia was not a threat to himself or others, the responding officers opted to leave the premises. However, later that same evening, “King Ry” was reportedly cut off from the hotel services due to erratic behavior.
Garcia is coming off a sensational decision win over Devin Haney. However, Ryan didn’t get to keep Haney’s IBF, WBC, WBO and WBA lightweight belts as a reprimand for missing weight.
