Adam Wilks, the CEO of Tyson 2.0, had this to say about the business expansion:

“Amsterdam is a city with a deeply rich culture that has transformed it into one of the world’s premiere destinations with over 18 million tourists visiting every year. Coffee shop Tyson 2.0 celebrates our journey and marks a significant milestone for the company as we extend our international presence beyond North America into the burgeoning European market.”

“The Coffeeshop Tyson 2.0” opened to the public on March 24, offering various branded products for their customers. Marijuana usage is legal in the Netherlands, making Amsterdam the perfect location for the former heavyweight boxing champion’s business expansion.

Mike Tyson Released Statement About New Coffee Shop

Mike Tyson has been an advocate for the positive effects of cannabis. Along with various other products, including cannabis flower and edibles, Tyson’s most viral invention is “Mike Bites,” an edible in the shape of an ear, symbolizing the infamous moment he bit Evander Holyfield in 1997.

“Mike Bites’ is one reason Tyson 2.0 was able to open a coffee shop. ‘Iron’ released a statement about the coffee shop that said:

“It’s a dream come true to open our first coffee shop in Amsterdam. The Coffeeshop Tyson 2.0 will immerse fans in a full-on experience where they can enjoy my favorite Tyson 2.0 products the way I do. I’ve tried and tested all of them, and I can’t wait to share some of my most beloved and undefeated goods with Europe.”

Tyson last fought in 2015, losing his second consecutive fight before retiring from boxing. The former heavyweight boxing champion ended his career with an overall 50-6 record. Nowadays, ‘Iron’ remains in the public eye as a podcaster who continues to spread his knowledge on life and boxing.
