Henry Cejudo has once again found himself in a Twitter feud with Conor McGregor.
Two former UFC “champ-champs” are going at it on social media. For some time now, Henry Cejudo has been asking for a bout with Conor McGregor. Despite the fact that Cejudo is currently retired, he has been toying with the idea of coming back and has been targeting McGregor. It is no secret that a fight against McGregor is the most lucrative fight an athlete on the UFC roster and beyond can get. In his most recent attempt to get McGregor’s attention Cejudo posted a video on Twitter explaining what McGregor should do in order to return to his winning ways.
Conor McGregor needs to take his training seriously if he ever wants to contend again. Wasn't he the one that said precision beats power? Get back to that Conor.

“Conor McGregor, I’m gonna give you some tips here. If you want to take your training serious, you’re gonna have to really focus on your entries. As I said before, you really want to disguise what you’re doing,” Cejudo said. “Power is not the key man. You’re precise. It doesn’t take that much power to knock somebody out but you tend to like the physique style of look, but get away from that man. Study your position, study fakes, study feints, study the real distance game, adjust your stats, because if you’re able to do that, Conor, maybe just maybe, Conor, you could be a top contender just maybe.”
Conor McGregor is not taking Cujudo’s advice to heart
McGregor sees a lot of criticism on social media. He is still recovering from his leg break that occurred in his last bout against Dustin Poirier and is just now getting back into shape. He posted some videos on his Instagram of himself hitting and kicking pads. This gave Cejudo the ammunition to fire some tips his way. In true McGregor fashion, he responded with complete confidence in his skills.
“I’m the fu–in goat an ya know it,” he wrote.
The videos of McGregor training are a good sign to fans that he is planning a comeback. However, he is not linked to any bouts just yet and in fact, he is planning to star in an upcoming film which could prolong his UFC return as well. Cejudo is not exactly in a hurry to return to the cage either so for now these two might just settle on throwing barbs at each other on the internet.
