Victoria Lee, the sister of ONE Championship world champions Angela and Christian, passed away at 18 years old.
In the wake of the passing of a young, beautiful soul, the MMA community mourns her loss. ‘The Prodigy’ was an undefeated atomweight fighter for ONE who always filled the room with happiness and positive energy. Angela, the ONE atomweight world champion, tragically made the announcement on Instagram by saying:
“On December 26, 2022 our family experienced something no family should ever have to go through… It is incredibly difficult to say this…Our Victoria passed away.”
Anyone who watches ONE knows how close the Lee family is. Angela continued on Instagram by saying this:
“She has gone too soon and our family has been completely devastated since then. We miss her. More than anything in this world. Our family will never be the same. Life will never be the same.”
‘The Prodigy’ was 3-0 in MMA, with all her wins inside the distance. It seemed inevitable for Victoria to follow in the footsteps of her older siblings. With that said, she was more than just an MMA fighter. The 18-year-old was a loving sister and aunt who meant the world to her family.

The Lee family has dealt with adversity inside and outside the Circle. With that said, nothing has been nearly as devastating as losing Victoria Lee. During the same Instagram post, Angela Lee had the courage to open up and define what her younger sister truly meant to the Lee family. She had this to say:
“Each and every little thing makes me think of you. From the sun rays, to the sunset. You taught us to see the beauty in the simple things. You were our bright light. Our sunshine. And that will never change. You were perfect in every way. The best person I knew. The most beautiful girl, inside and out. We love you Victoria. I love you Sprout. Until the end of time.”
The combination of innocence and killer instinct made Victoria a future superstar with endless marketability. As Angela stated, the Lee family will never fully recover from this, but hopefully, they can find some sort of peace after mourning.
