Watching Nick Diaz roll on Jiu-Jitsu mats, get tapped, and just keep going is your moment of Zen for the day

Like a motivational cat poster from the 1970s this new Nick Diaz video will really make you sit back and reflect on all of life challenges. If Diaz can get tapped out in a blink of eye while practicing his no-Gi jiu-jitsu then you should really hang in there to. Don’t be surprised if Nick Diaz has a motivational cat poster somewhere in his house.

The jiu-jitsu game of domesticated cats is pretty underrated. Plus always landing on your feet is really an “A+” skill if you ever find yourself in a grappling match.

Currently caught in a no-man’s-land without a UFC fight on the books or an official NSAC punishment he can look to, Diaz is doing what Diaz does best and that’s be himself. Here’s a video of Diaz keeping sharp on the jiu-jitsu mats. If something in your life taps you out, just roll with it. That’s what Diaz would want you to do.

Update: This is Nick Diaz’s directorial debut as he films the two dudes rolling. Diaz holds the camera vertically and dude who gets tapped has to at least be a Diaz bros cousin? Good friend? Adopted brother? EA UFC-create-a-character?
