You don’t even train bro. It’s rare when you see professional athletes apply their craft on their summer vacation. For rising UFC bantamweight Aljamain Sterling and top five 205er Ryan Bader if you challenge them to a MMA grappling match they will humor you.
Do you really think they lift all those weights, train eight weeks straight for a cage fight, just so some plastered civilian can roll out of his lawn chair and embarrass them?
First up we have Sterling taking on all comers in a beach brawl for all challenge. Rickson Gracie would’ve broken several arms in the first 90 seconds of his open challenge, but Sterling is a little more humble than that. With the whole Serra-Longo crew behind him why would you step to Sterling in an Atlantic Ocean based boss stage?
Next up is Bader trying enjoy some icy beverages in his brand new polo golf shirt. C.B Dollaway is probably filming all of this, perhaps while spilling is drink on the fresh cut grass, and very likely while wearing some Godawful throwback Scottish golf knickers. Golf shorts have done wonders for Bader’s ground game.
