Conor McGregor and his team issued a statement following the release of footage showing his alleged sexual assault at the Miami Heat game.
Conor McGregor feels the video of the incident proves that the accusations are false
In the video, McGregor is seen escorting somebody into a bathroom while security is all around. The identity of the supposed victim has not been released but following the release of the footage McGregor’s team has issued a statement.

“After the video was released by TMZ, the claimant’s lawyer now has changed her story. Mr. McGregor welcomes the investigation, which he firmly believes will show the claims against him or false. After not responding to the demand for money made by the claimant’s counsel she turned to the media to apply pressure. This is no more than a shakedown,” the statement read.
McGregor has not fought in the UFC for over two years but his return has been slated for later this year. He was recently a coach on The Ultimate Fighter, and that series is airing now on ESPN. It is yet to be determined how this incident will affect his return, if at all
