We already had an idea that UFC light heavyweight William Knight is an absolute freak in the weight room. Well, he gave us some more content to hammer it down even more. He may be lacking wins inside the Octagon but in the gym he is beating his own personal records. Pulling that amount of weight is no easy feat.

Crazy bench press

This weekend, Knight posted a video on Instagram of him casually bench pressing 495 lbs.

Knight wrote, “Me smashing 495 lbs. flat bench back-to-back with a one-minute break in-between. My body weight was 230 lbs. also far from the developed version of myself today. More unseen footage of me y’all never seen before, I have plenty of hidden gems.”

Crazy squat

If the 495 lbs weren’t impressive enough, he would post another clip of him squatting 585 lbs, on his 34th birthday.

“Today April 3rd I turned 34 years strong I said I would get 6 plates on each side I fu*king got 6 plates on each said WHAT I SAY ILL DO ILL DO TRUST ME with time I am and will be limitless I got 585lbs Squat today and trust me it felt easy again Nightmare in full effect,” Knight wrote on his Instagram.

Knight is known for posting his insane workouts on Instagram. So, if you like lifting weights and you don’t follow him, we would highly recommend it.

The 34 year-old “Knightmare” returns to action on short notice against Devin Clark on April 16. Since the fight is on short notice, “Nightmare” is moving up to heavyweight. In his last outing at UFC 272, he missed weight by 12 pounds, the biggest miss in UFC history.
