UFC 226 Pay-Per-View event delivered some spectacular performances which went down last night (Sat., July 7, 2018) from inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The main headliner Daniel Cormier made history by becoming only the second fighter on UFC roaster to hold two belts simultaneously after defeating the most dominant heavyweight champion in the promotion’s history Stipe Miocic and walks away with $50,000 with one of the night’s four Performance of the Night bonuses.
Other great fight includes Anthony Pettis who was in much need of wins and luckily submitted lightweight contender Michael Chiesa, by second-round triangle choke. For that Pettis took home an extra $50,000 for his efforts as well.
Khalil Rountree scores the most significant and emphatic win of his career after just finishing Gokhan Saki in just 90 seconds and took home $50,000.
In a prelim fight, where Paulo Costa remains undefeated after knockout of Uriah Hall. Also banked $50,000 for the most significant win of his career.
