UFC 220 Salaries: Stipe Miocic Banks Hefty Payday

Stipe Miocic, a UFC heavyweight champion who earns the big buck for a record-breaking title defense against rising star Francis Ngannou at January 20’s UFC 220 from inside TD Garden Arena in, Boston, Massachusetts.

Stipe Miocic, who cashes $600,000 following his five-round war against Francis Ngannou, who managed to bank in $500,000 in defeat. Stipe defeated Ngannou via unanimous decision in the main event, breaking the consecutive defense record with three in a row.

In the co-main event, light heavyweight Daniel Cormier took out Volkan Oezdemir with a second-round TKO to keep his 205-pound belt and earned $500,000 while Oezdemir earned made $250,000 for his first UFC defeat.

Keep in mind, the salaries listed do not include fight bonuses, Reebok sponsorships, percentages and other unofficial payments and moreover doesn’t reflect fighters’ total earnings.
