The excitement continues to build up for the much-awaited airing of The Ultimate Fighter Season 31. Much of the attention was drawn by rivaling coaches of this season’s show, Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler. But on the other hand, some TUF fans are also interested to see the full cast of the upcoming season.
A good mix
As it turns out, the official and complete roster of TUF 31 is composed of a mix of newcomers and UFC and Dana White’s Contender Series veterans. The contestants were broken down to two weight classes – one set of bantamweights and one set of lightweights.

Living up to the hype
Way before UFC president Dana White announced that Chandler and McGregor will be the coaches of TUF Season 31, the pair has already been generating hype. Chandler has long been eyeing a showdown with the former two-division champ and the fact that both are unapologetically vocal about boasting their abilities, the show gained more traction even before its airing.
The production has begun filming and fans got to see a few glimpses of what they are about to see at TUF 31. White then previously added some extra punch to it by revealing that Chandler and McGregor “were very respectful to each other, and then some things started escalating.”

McGregor and Chandler will take on each other in the season finale but White admitted that they have yet to pick an official date. TUF is set to air on May 30.
