Top strawweight contender Tecia Torres will clash former strawweight queen Joanna Jedrzejczyk at UFC on FOX 30 in Calgary on July 28. And what better way to prepare for that bout than to train with the woman who defeated Jedrzejczyk not once but twice?
Tecia revealed this week that she’s training with current strawweight champion Rose Namajunas in preparation for her showdown with Joanna Jedrzejczyk.

Namajunas bested Jedrzejczyk twice— and no doubt sharing some of her in-fight knowledge with “Tiny Tornado.” will benefit Tecia. To remind you both Tecia and Namajunas have met twice, with Torres winning the first bout via decision at Invicta FC 6 back in July 2013 and Thug Rose won via decision in the rematch at UFC on FOX 19 in April 2016.
