Conor McGregor’s Whiskey Brand Proper No. Twelve Has Reportedly Done Great Numbers
It would appear that Conor McGregor was not bluffing when saying he did not need to fight anymore to make money. Reports are in on sales from his Proper No. Twelve Whiskey, and you may not believe the numbers!
Conor McGregor has done quite the job pushing his whiskey brand. Some say Jameson has better whiskey. Others may even say that he has focused on his whiskey a little too much. Especially when going as far as drinking some during his press conference with Khabib. However all that hard work seems to have paid off.
According to an article by the Irish Times, Proper No. Twelve has done great numbers. The report states that Proper No Twelve whiskey has shipped over 200,000 cases worldwide. While the report notes Jameson as still being the number one selling Irish whiskey, this is incredible. The amount of money made was made very clear by Aaron Bronsteter, via Twitter.
This article states that Proper Twelve sold about 200,000 cases (12 750ml bottles) since launch.
That is roughly $35-$40 million worth of product if the wholesale price is $15-$18 per bottle. https://t.co/YStBFV2Zhz

If accurate, this is an incredible success for McGregor. He had his own thoughts for the news.
Was there ever any doubt I’d turn Whiskey to a Billi?
I turned “human cock fighting” to 4.2.
I’m gonna toast on this fine Thursday this amazing news.
Sláinte to the only true Irish Whiskey we have left, @ProperWhiskey!
Irish owned forever.
Thank you all.
It has been my pleasure. https://t.co/E9RGpRxAC5

Although he clearly has other sources of income, hopefully it will not be long before we see Conor McGregor back in the Octagon. Until then, MiddleEasy gives a “Proper” toast to you all.
