For those of you who came here looking for an update on Paige VanZant and her injured arm, MiddleEasy apologizes. If you haven’t already scrolled down to the pics, you just earned yourself 1000 free Internet points.
VanZant isn’t the first and won’t be the last female MMA fighter to appear in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. ESPN Magazine and their Body Issue is officially dead, so the SI Swimsuit issue is the last of a bygone era.
Which begs the question, how much longer is the Swimsuit issue even going to be around for? How long past the expiration date is the Swimsuit issue? There’s this thing called the Internet with billions upon billions of pictures of extremely attractive women in swimsuits.
How many more years will the SI Swimsuit issue even be around for? Five? 10 years? Less?
Good on Paige VanZant for continuing to build her brand here and hopefully she got paid handsomely for it all.
SI even did a brief interview with PVZ on it all. This intro though lol.
“Paige VanZant is officially a part of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit family! You may be used to seeing her kick some serious butt in the UFC Octagon, but now she is showing off a softer side of herself in this year’s issue. If you haven’t seen all of Paige’s photos, you’re definitely missing out. This wasn’t her first time in front of the camera, and we sure hope it won’t be her last! We caught up with Paige to talk about what being in SI Swimsuit means to her, her dedication to fighting, and more!”
At least SI embraces what they really are here.
