UFC lightweight sensation Paddy Pimblett made the most of his time away from fighting as he recently married his longtime girlfriend, Laura Gregory.

The Baddy gets Married

The happiness radiating from the newlyweds’ faces was undeniable, as captured in Pimblett’s Instagram post. Overwhelmed by the perfection of their special day, “The Baddy” expressed his immense joy in officially turning Laura Gregory into Mrs. Pimblett.

“28.05.23 What a day from start to finish we couldn’t of asked for better weather, atmosphere or people we had around us! Would like to thank everyone who came Laura is finally Mrs. Pimblett now even tho we’ve been a married couple for years,” the UFC lightweight wrote in the post.

A long road to Recovery

It can be recalled that Pimblett revealed that he sustained an ankle injury early in his last fight against Jared Gordon at UFC 282. Since then, “The Baddy” said he has gone through a series of surgeries, making his inactivity longer than expected.

Pimblett is eager to make a UFC return ASAP but he previously said it will only be a stroke of luck if he manages to get cleared to fight within the current year.

“When the actual swelling went down and I went in to get surgery, it was a lot worse than they thought.  I had to get in and out ligament surgery, well, reconstruction… I’ll be lucky to fight this year,” Pimblett said.

Despite the controversy in his last fight, Pimblett has remained unbeaten in the UFC, having gone 4-0 in all his fights under the promotion. His current pro MMA record stands at 20-3.
