Drakkar Klose’s long layoff has come to a close. (pun intended)
The UFC Lightweight makes his return to the Octagon after two years off. He was scheduled to fight Jeremy Stephens this time last year, but would have his fight cancelled due to injuries stemming from a pre-fight push.
A year later, Klose will come in against UFC newcomer Brandon Jenkins, who looks for his first win inside the Octagon.
Round 1:
Klose lands a good 31 punches in return against Jenkins. Klose drops Jenkins with a brutal hook. Klose swarms him on the ground, unloading punches on Jenkins. The referee keeps a close eye but Jenkins recovers and gets back up to his feet.
Round 2:
Klose lands a clean uppercut on Jenkins, which rocks him. Klose sits Jenkins down with a barrage of punches. The referee stops the action. Drakkar Klose is back!
