Kim ‘Sugar-Free’ Couture. If she was diabetic, her nickname would friggin’ kill her. A few weeks ago we almost witnessed the death of Kim Couture due to an incompetent referee that failed to recognize Couture’s eyes rolling in the back of her head at AX Combat 1 in Alberta, Canada. Nothing happened to the ref, and according to Kim Couture ‘mistakes happen.’ Now 3-5 in MMA, Kim Couture will look to extend her combat sports prowess to that of professional kickboxing. At least, that’s what she told us in this brief interview.
