Khabib Nurmagomedov Helps Building Wells In Nigeria!

Khabib Nurmagomedov Is On A Charity Mission In Nigeria, Helping Poor People Improve Their Living Conditions!

Khabib Nurmagomedov defeated Conor McGregor at the main event of UFC 229 via submission in the fourth round. Yet, he leaped over the fence and attacked The Notorious’ coach Dillon Danis. It quickly escalated in a big brawl. Khabib’s teammate Zubaira Tukhugov also entered the octagon and sucker punched the Irishman.

Khabib’s payout was withheld for a period of time by Nevada Athletic Commission (NAC). Dana White refused to give him the belt after the match “for security reasons”. Yet, the half of Dagestani’s UFC 229 purse was released on October 24th.

His manager Ali Abdelaziz stated that Khabib Nurmagomedov plans to visit Nigeria and help to build wells. Well, it looks like he wasn’t joking at all! Take a look at Instagram posts below. “The Eagle” is a very big man!

“I’m beyond impressed with @khabib_nurmagomedov for making it his top priority to go to Nigeria to build wells for water. Anyone can say they want the world to be better but it takes a special person to make that change start with them. If we want to turn things around in this world the only person we need to change is ourselves.

Next year I will climb Mt. Kilimanjaro with the @waterboysorg to raise money to build wells in Tanzania.”

“UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov is currently in Nigeria on a charity mission. Main objectives are to repair water wells and build new medical centers. Here’s a photo his team sent me of Khabib with some local kids earlier today and a video of one of the broken wells they are planning on repairing and improving.”

“With my small Brothers in Nigeria🇳🇬 #AfricanTime”

Nigeria has a population of 190.7 million. This number constantly grows. Yet, there are around 123 million people who live without clean water and basic sanitary conditions. This is the reason why there are so many dangerous diseases in the most populous African country. WaterAid also claims that 59,500 children under 5 years of age die every year due to a poor quality of sanitation and water!

Khabib Nurmagomedov has recently challenged Floyd Mayweather Jr for a boxing match. Of course, “Money” accepted it, but he wants a gigantic payout. There is also a rumor “The Eagle” could fight “GSP” in 2019!

Do you think Khabib Nurmagomedov made a great move by helping poor people? Would you like to see Khabib Vs GSP soon? “The Eagle” stated he won’t appear in the disciplinary hearing! Let’s hope NSAC (Nevada State Athletic Commission) will have mercy, we are not far from December 10th! One thing is certain, the undefeated Dagestani is a great man!
