Fury FC fighter Joel Bauman is making headlines once again after he previously admitted to contracting herpes following his last outing.
Back in May, Bauman got a lot of attention from the MMA community when he nonchalantly revealed that he had contracted herpes prior to his contest with Reese Forest at Fury FC 61.
“Last night I was tired, I was exhausted,” Bauman said in a post-fight interview. “I’m about to launch this NFT that’s going to change the fight game. And I put in 30 all-nighters before that fight. I had herpes before that fight, two outbreaks in the span of a week. I’m here, I’m healthy, let’s go, whatever. It doesn’t matter.”

Joel Bauman Tells Jimmy Kimmel and Hollywood to ‘Release the Flight Logs’
While some fans appreciated Joe Bauman’s blatant honesty, the fighter is now facing backlash following his TKO victory over Anthony Ivy at Fury FC 68. In his latest tirade, ‘King Bau’ took aim at the mainstream media, Hollywood, and specifically comedian Jimmy Kimmel in a rant that has a lot of people scratching their heads.
“So all those doubting my NFT, you’re looking at the guy that’s the reason, why college athletes and high-school athletes are getting paid today, – Mr. influence to influencers,” Bauman said. “Secondly, Jimmy Kimmel – viral this, I fight to eradicate childhood malnutrition from the planet. And until they release the flight logs, you, the mainstream media, and Hollywood are all pedophiles to me. Eat d*ck. Am I canceled yet .com?”

Adding to the strangeness of the situation was Joel Bauman’s attire during the post-fight rant which featured him wearing a studded collar and leather harness.
As Fury FC regularly airs on UFC Fight Pass, the official Twitter account of the streaming service uploaded a clip of the post-fight interview. As of this writing, it has been removed.
