UFC champ Ilia Topuria smashed the punch machine, topping Conor McGregor’s recent score with a powerful hit.
Topuria hasn’t lost in his 15-fight MMA career. In February, he scored a big win over Alexander Volkanovski at UFC 298 to become the champ.
The Spaniard landed a powerful punch against the New Zealander, ending the fight in the second round with a strong right hand that knocked out the previous title-holder. His reputation is rising in the UFC, and he even got recognition from Real Madrid, appearing at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium.

Topuria is now waiting for his next fight, but in his free time, he’s been testing his strength on an arcade punch machine. Even UFC superstar McGregor, who was a featherweight champion years ago, gave the punch machine a shot recently.
At first, he only got a score of one because the machine missed his first attempt. But then he threw a left hook that scored 858, beating his rival Dustin Poirier’s score.

He threw a big right hook at the machine, quickly reaching a score of 925, just 15 points away from the machine’s record of 942.
After his surprise victory earlier this year, Topuria challenged McGregor, saying the UFC should come to his home country, Spain.
He screamed: “Dana [White], it’s showtime, it’s time to take the UFC to Spain. “And Conor McGregor, if you still have some b****, I will be waiting for you in Spain.”

But McGregor’s response didn’t lead to any official discussions, and it’s very unlikely he’ll go back to featherweight in his career.
Instead, he’s likely to return at either 170lbs or 185lbs for a comeback fight against Michael Chandler, possibly in July during International Fight Week.
