This is brutal. I hope I never have any type of metal inserted into my body that has to ‘come out.’ I mean, I’m perfectly fine with the oncoming singularity and humans moving further and further away from being purely organic – bring it – if I can have a neat interface in my brain I will be one of the first people to try it, just don’t remove pieces of metal forcefully from my body with a pair of pliers… At least while I’m awake. It gives me the willies.
As Wand contemplates his loss (and near win at one point) to Rich Franklin on Saturday, it may put him somewhat at ease to see that Vitor really did have a broken hand and this video of the pin being removed from Vitor’s appendage proves it.
