Henry Cejudo offered some pearls of wisdom for Kai Kara-France.

Henry Cejudo shares his insight into fighting Brandon Moreno for Kai Kara-France

In a recent episode of The Triple C & Schmo Show, Henry Cejudo shared his insight into preparing for Moreno for Kara-France.

“I would bet him. I think just the biggest tix I know Brandon, I think Brandon’s going to go in and try to wrestle. He’s going to create a flurry with Kai, and Kai’s going to have to be patient and really pick his shots because I do believe Brandon Moreno’s going to go out there.

“He’s going to create flurries to take him down. Brandon’s got good takedowns. He has good takedowns off the open.”

Cejudo reveals the advice he told ‘Figgy’ to beat Moreno

Figueiredo’s time working with “Triple C” paid off for him as he came out on top of their encounter. Cejudo revealed what he told “Figgy” that helped him win the belt back.

“If he does happen to take Kai Kara-France’s back, Kai Kara-France, it’s a five rounder, you lost a round to not fight him in that position because he’s really good.

“It’s the same thing I told Deiveson, Deiveson, if he takes your back survive it, survive it because there are certain guys, that back take when people fight it makes it easier for the opponent but if you’re able to stall out, it’s just protect yourself, say screw it I lost a round, that’s the tact that you want to go on.

“But, I wouldn’t sleep on Kai Kara-France, I really wouldn’t sleep on that Kiwi because he’s watching it, he’s seen both of his teammates become champions and he wants to be next.”

Kara-France will fight Moreno in the co-main event of UFC 277 on July 30 in Dallas, Texas.
