Ranked contenders Ian Garry and Neil Magny meet in a battle of bad blood. ‘The Future’ looks to stay undefeated when he takes on the credentialed UFC veteran on the main card of UFC 292.
Round 1:
Garry goes for a leg kick and Magny loses his balance and goes down. Magny gets back up. Garry fires another leg kick that sits down Magny once again. Garry kicks the body. Garry presses with the jab. Garry lands a crisp cross. They enter the clinch and separate.
Magny presses forward on the feet but Garry clinches with Magny against the cage. Garry gets Magny down to the ground. Garry lets Magny get back up. Garry chops the leg of Magny with a kick which drops Magny. Garry lands a headkick and then a leg kick. Garry throws a body kick and then follows it up with a punch to the head.

Round 2:
Garry works the jab and attempts a headkick that barely misses. Magny goes on the attack but his combos don’t find their target. Magny eats a brutal leg kick from Garry. Magny attempts a takedown on the kick-spamming Garry. Garry defends well against the cage. Garry and Magny fight for position inside the clinch.
Garry knocks the mouthpiece out of Magny’s mouth with a headkick. Garry visibly hurts Magny with a melee of leg kicks. Magny is on wobbly legs from Garry’s constant leg kick attacks. Garry swings wildly before the bell.

Round 3:
Magny drops to the canvas before getting back up to his feet. Garry pours on the pressure, looking for a finish of the UFC veteran. Magny ends up on the ground, trying to engage with Garry on the mat. Garry denies the challenge, wanting Magny in the stand-up.
Garry goes high and low with his attacks. Garry puts Magny down with a leg kick. Garry unloads multiple headkicks on Magny and follows Magny to the mat. Garry looks to mount a guillotine on Magny in the remaining seconds of the matchup.
