Floyd Mayweather Jr. Invites Conor Mcgregor To Train At His Gym Ahead Of UFC 229 Fight

Floyd Mayweather Offers Conor Mcgregor, His Gym, To Prepare His Upcoming Fight Against Khabib Nurmagomedov At UFC 229

Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. is kind enough to welcome former two-division champion Conor Mcgregor to workout at his boxing gym facility in Las Vegas ahead of his fight against Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229.

Mayweather and Mcgregor exchanged social media blows ahead of their money fight last year, however, that feud seemed to be buried when they square off inside the ring. Mayweather carved out big payday after defeating Notorious via 10th-round TKO while Mcgregor also made a boatload of money in his loss than his entire MMA career to put together.

Despite all the beef from past, Mayweather willing to put that behind and wants to help Mcgregor this time says he’d love to have Irishman to workout at his gym.

“I know that UFC got a training facility but we’d like for him to work out at the Mayweather Boxing Club.”

On being asked who has a chance to come out victorious between Mcgregor vs. Khabib, Mayweather didn’t offer his prediction but still likes to see his formal opponent’s chance against Khabib Nurmagomedov. Mayweather praised Mcgregor for being a great fighter and even called him a ‘warrior.’

“I don’t really have a prediction because I’ve never seen the guy fight that’s facing Conor McGregor — from what I know he’s a hell of a guy that’s on the ground — hell of a grappler — and he can wrestle.”

“But, the fans want to see you stand up and fight. That’s what the fans like to see. But, Conor McGregor, he’s a tough competitor, like I said before Conor McGregor’s not gonna back down from anyone, he’s not scared, he’s a warrior.”

Mayweather also passed on some warning to Khabib saying Mcgregor is coming for you no matter what be ready.

“Conor’s not gonna back down and he’s not a scared fighter at all, win, lose or draw,” Mayweather said at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City … “Conor gonna come to fight.”

Regardless who Mcgregor trains with, Irishman will use all his tools in his arsenal to hand Khabib his first defeat at UFC 229 on October 6th.
