Dana White showcased his shocking body transformation after using a colon cleanser called ZenCleanz.
Over the past year, the UFC president has been consistent with the claims that his life has been changed by Gary Brecka, a professional Human Biologist. White’s last endorsement for Brecka came via Instagram. The video started with the 53-year-old saying:
“Hey guys, I’ve documented my journey that I’ve had with Gary Brecka. This guys has literally changed my life in ten months. I’ll be with him for a year in June and my bloodwork is perfect, physically and mentally, every way you can be good, I’m good. I always wanted to do a cleanse. Before I was with Gary, I had all of these problems, I was on medication. I’m on no doctor’s medication anymore. I had insomnia, I had sleep apnea, I snored, all this stuff, I could go on for fifteen minutes about all the things that he’s fixed that was wrong with me, but I’ve always wanted to do a cleanse…”
Colon cleansing is a process that attempts to remove toxins from the body, which can improve someone’s health and lead to rapid weight loss. There are endless house remedies and knockoff products used for the process, but the UFC president has allegedly found the perfect method by a recommendation from Brecka.

Gary Brecka told Dana White to try a product called “ZenCleanz.” After using the product himself, White fell in love with the results, leading to him buying more for his friends and family. The UFC president posted progress photos during the same Instagram from above and had this to say:

I fasted from a Friday to a Monday and only did the cleanse… I’m not being paid for this, I have no skin in the game. I bought ten of each now. It’s unclear whether or not Dana White actually has any financial incentive for supporting the company. If the answer is no, ZenCleanz must be happy with receiving a free advertisement to White’s eight million Instagram followers. Did he hit his wife before of after the treatment? Good thing he is now “physically and mentally healthy”.
It’s shocking (not really, no) that these millionaires are always trying to sell health in a box, claiming miracle results after using them, and I’m sure the thousands of dollars that they spend in trainers and supplements (hi liver guy) have nothing to do.
