Bryce Mitchell has gone public about an escalating situation regarding his ex-girlfriend.
On September 23, Mitchell is scheduled to return to action after suffering his first professional MMA loss against Ilia Topuria in December 2022. ‘Thug Nasty’ looks to make a statement against the always-game Dan Ige, who is riding a two-fight win streak.
Unfortunately for Mitchell, he could be focused on something outside of fighting.
Earlier this week, the number ten-ranked UFC featherweight posted an alarming video about a former girlfriend who burned down his fruit trees while he was training in Las Vegas. ‘Thug Nasty’ explained the situation by saying:
“So, I’m out of town for my fight, and my coward ex-girlfriend came by my house and vandalized my house yesterday. She destroyed all of my fruit trees…I’ve been working on those trees for years. She came by and killed them all. I’m making this post because this sh*t is evil, and I’m begging the community of Searcy to help me.”
‘Thug Nasty’ continued by pleading with his neighbors to help:
“Guys, I’m out of town, and my animals and my wife are at home by herself. Please, I need my neighbors to help. I need my neighbors to help. This evil woman is gonna come by. She’s threatening to kill my dogs, she’s threatened to kill me, she’s threatened to kill all my animals…While I’m gone, this woman is gonna try to burn down my sh*t.”
Bryce Mitchell’s video went viral, leading to support from the MMA community. Some fans found the social media accounts for his ex-girlfriend’s tattoo shop and posted negative comments. It turns out there could be more to the story.

Bryce Mitchell seen breaking glass of ex-girlfriend’s door to allegedly retrieve dog
Bryce Mitchell’s relationship with his ex-girlfriend has become public for more than his recent video about the fruit trees. FanSided MMA discovered a throwback video of the UFC featherweight shown in an unfavorable light.
In the footage, Mitchell is screaming through a locked door at his former girlfriend. ‘Thug Nasty’ can be heard demanding his dog back before shattering part of a glass door. Some fans defended Mitchell on social media by saying they would do the same to retrieve their pet.
Regardless of whether he’s right or wrong, there’s no doubt the 28-year-old is facing a massive distraction with only days before one of the most significant fights of his career.
