Another weekend, another influencer getting his hand raised in the ring

From Jake Paul To Bryce Hall

But this time it wouldn’t be in your ordinary boxing ring. Social media star and one-time boxer Bryce Hall decided to leave the gloves off in his RETURN to combat sports as it would be in the gritty, bloody Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC).

Fighting at BKFC 48 on Friday, Hall simply shocked the world when pitted against the undefeated Gee Perez. Hall quickly scored a knockdown in the opening seconds of the bare-knuckle contest.

Perez managed to get back up to his feet, only to be put down again later in the round with an illegal takedown from Hall. Perez was visibly hurt from the exchange but he’d carry on to the end of the first round, also seeing the end of the second.

However, Perez’s arm injury was too much for him to handle and Hall would win the fight by doctor’s stoppage.

‘The Magician’s’ Third Act

In the fight that followed, two-time UFC title challenger John Dodson would go for gold another time against JR Ridge. The inaugural flyweight championship was on the line in the main event and Dodson wasn’t going to let his home crowd of Albuquerque, New Mexico down.

Dodson racked up yet another first-round finish, blitzing and crushing Ridge with punches in less than two minutes. While it might not be the UFC belt he so desired years ago, Dodson call now himself a world champion in bare-knuckle boxing.
