We’ve seen the damage Jon Jones has done to the light heavyweight division in the wake of last Saturday’s UFC 172. It was a brutal showing by the champion and it squandered all hopes any 205 lb competitor had in defeating Jones. No one is going to do it — in fact the only thing that can defeat Jon Jones is Jon Jones. Perhaps all of you should get out your measuring tape and see exactly how long a 84.5 inch reach truly is. Combined with Jon Jones’ 6 foot 4 inch frame, it makes for an incredible advantage, something the likes of UFC has never seen before. Calling Jon Jones the closest thing the MMA world has to Dhalsim is not far fetched.
With all of that going for the guy, one would assume that we can all agree that he’s the greatest current athlete competing in MMA. Well everyone except this guy, check it out.
