Five-time “World’s Strongest Man” Mariusz Pudzianowski took on Michal Materla at KSW 70.

Returning to action inside the cage for his next outing in MMA, strongman Mariusz Pudzianowski delivered a violent statement to his doubters with a first-round finish of Michal Materla. Serving as the headlining bout on the night, Pudzianowski got the job done within two minutes after coming in over 30 lb heavier than his opponent.

Round 1

The round kicks off with a fiery start from Pudzianowski. Materla is on the backfoot here as he tries to get a few jabs in. Pudzianowski is showing phenomenal pace for his size. He keeps the pressure on Materla and connects with a left. Materla hits Pudzianowski who is keeping the heat on Materla. Materla avoids a big right. Pudzianowski lands a kick on Materla, and a follow-up punch grazes past him.

Pudzianowski connects with a right hook that set up a devastating uppercut to send Materla crashing down to the canvas.
