In combat sports, staredowns, press conference, and weigh-ins are typically all mind games, where fighters get an opportunity to talk trash, squeeze in some last-minute bravado and things get bit strange. Swedish professional boxer Mikaela Laurén took the scene to a whole other place during a press conference, where things got little odd as Lauren approached Braekhus, stare into her eyes and stole a kiss on her lip.

Initially, Braekhus reacted shockingly but soon started laughing at the absurdity of it all.
Lauren and Braekhus competed before in 2010. During their first fight, Braekhus won the bout Via TKO in the seventh round with a record of 38-0. Welterweight world champion Braekhus is a pound-for-pound queen of Norwegian Boxing will be competing against Swedish professional boxer Mikaela Laurén (29-4) at Oslofjord Convention Center, in Stokke Norway on Oct. 21.
