Artem Lobov Defeats Jason Knight
Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship went down last night (Sat., April 6, 2019) from inside Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi.
In the main headliner, former UFC contender Artem Lobov faced off against Jason Knight. Conor Mcgregor’s training partner Lobov snapped three-fight losing skid after defeating Knight via unanimous decision.
Meanwhile, Jason Knight entered into this fight with a four-fight losing skid. He last fought at UFC 230, where he suffered a decision to Jordan Rinaldi.
It was a blood bath performance from both Lobov and Knight. Both fighters tried to beat each other on numerous occasions with several knockdowns. At last, it was Lobov who walked away with a unanimous decision (48-47, 48-47, and 48-46).
After the fight Knight didn’t agree with the decision.
”We all know I didn’t lose that damn fight,” he said to cheers from his hometown crowd. “We all know I got robbed. It’s okay, I’m still gonna party tonight.”
Meanwhile, Lobov said he’s ready to throw down against former boxing champ Paulie Malignaggi.
”Let’s do it,” Lobov said. “He’s a little p***y that plucks his eyebrows. I’m going to spark him.”
