Former two division champion Conor McGregor returned to the mixed martial arts to face off his rival opponent Khabib Nuramagomedov for the first time earlier this week for UFC 229’s first official press conference in New York and resumed their bitter rivalry in person.

Considering bad blood between them, Mcgregor took every opportunity to attacked Khabib Nurmagomedov’s character, his family and his heritage. Irishman crossed family lines and got into Khabib’s face about his father, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov. Moreover, former champion seems more confident than ever despite not fought inside the Octagon in nearly two years, suggesting his early offense will be too much for the ‘Eagle’ to handle and will finish him in round one.

You’re dead. You hear me? You’re dead! I can see blue lips. Blue lips. Blue lips. Breathe kid take a breath.”

The face-off was interrupted by Khabib Nurmagomedov’s controversial manager Ali Abdelaziz, huh McGregor continues with his verbal onslaught.

“Shut you mouth! Ali Abdelaziz. A mad terrorist,” screamed McGregor. “Terrorist snitch! I know a lot about you as well you mad rat! I know a lot about you as well. You keep your mouth shut kid! Let them take my picture. How is Noah? How’s Noah huh? Yea, shut your mouth. Never speak about me ever in your life. Watch yourself around me because you will be out of here quick.”

White reacts to Mcgregor vs. Khabib presser says it was the “darkest I’ve ever been a part of.

Khabib who has a history of pulling out of fights with injuries was also brought out to limelight by McGregor during a press conference, will put his title on the line against McGregor on October 6 in the main headliner from Las Vegas.
