Video: Marlon Moraes Proves Again He’s One of the Best Bantamweights Not in the UFC Yet at WSOF 32

It’s hard as hell to keep a win streak going in MMA right now. Not only that, but it seems like no one can hold their titles lately either. Still, some fighters just cant be bothered with it. While everyone was watching all of their favorites lose last night at UFC 201, Marlon Moraes defended his World Series of Fighting Bantamweight title for the fourth time in devastating fashion. The last time Moraes fought Josh Hill, it took five rounds, this time it only took two.

Moraes has proved he is an absolute problem. He can knock you out with his hands, end the fight with just leg kicks and he can also kick you in the head. Which is exactly what he did to Hill. After a round or so of stalking and Moraes imposing his will, he found the opening in round two and flipped the switch on Hill in a brutal head kick at WSOF 32.

After racking up 12 straight wins, this last one being his final fight under WSOF contract, the sky is the limit for Moraes. It is unclear yet if he will pursue free agent status, but the UFC could be soon for Moraes. If not, he’s expressed interest in super fights and dual championships since his last win at WSOF 28.
