Let me just start off by saying everything that happened during UFC 100 weekened did not go as planned. That’s necessarily not a bad thing, but when you’re in the presence of such a force that is UFC 100…everything sort of falls apart. My night in Vegas ended with Clay Guida and I scooping the last jumbo shrimp in the Mandalay Bay buffet. Just down the buffet aisle near the carvery area was Thiago Alves asking the chef if he can get a bigger slice of roast beef. I shared a buffet line with guys that I incessantly idolize in articles, interviews and whatever else we can create.
The reason why things didnt go as planned this weekend is because I was just in a constant state of awe. Everywhere I turned, there was a guy that has the ability to break my arm 82 places just by thinking about it. It was a great time and I’m sure a large portion of the UFC world knows that MiddleEasy.com exists. Just about to board my plane out of here so look for updates sometime tomorrow afternoon.
