We are now living in a post-Conor McGregor world. He has knocked out the best featherweight fighter on the planet in 13 seconds and TKOed the top lightweight in the world in two rounds. The UFC took this guy in off the street, fed him, clothed him and let him grow into the monster he has become. Dana White was watching the dollars stack up and not paying attention to who was generating all that cash.
Will McGregor’s next big fight be with the UFC ownership themselves? Will he fight for a welterweight title instead of or after daddy daycare? Who the hell knows, but it seems like he’ll never go back to featherweight.
