Wrestlemania 38’s grand finale lifted the AT&T Stadium off the ground as Brock Lesnar went toe-to-toe with Roman Reigns in the main event. Lesnar came in looking forward to regain WWE supremacy but ended up succumbing to Reigns’ prowess, leaving the event without a championship belt.

Lesnar did not see it coming

As expected, Lesnar looked intimidating as ever, having entered the squared circle with his shredded yet massive physique.

The former UFC heavyweight champion traded hard shots with Reigns and even lit his opponent up several times with his signature German suplex. With the momentum on his side, Lesnar then pulled off his finishing moves, the “F5” and the kimura submission in the hope to close the match out with a bang.

However, as Lesnar walked towards Paul Heyman outside the ring, Reigns recovered and speared him with full force out of nowhere. The attack saw Lesnar curling up in pain after hitting the barricade. Reigns then eventually ended up winning the title.

Game recognize game

Lesnar and Reigns have had several back and forth leading up to their Wrestlemania 38 bout. Despite the prolonged feud, Lesnar admitted ahead of the match that Reigns has the potential to become the face of WWE.

One of the things Lesnar addressed before Wrestlemania 38 was his rumored UFC return. As per the former champ, MMA is a young man’s sport and he no longer sees himself in it at this point.
