A Lesson in Street MMA: Road rage turns into a businessmen grappling match

Am I the only person that remembers the old Sega Genesis game ‘Road Rage’ and how everyone in it was a raving lunatic with bike chains for weapons, aiming to literally kill their opponent by the most brutal way possible? Where were the family activists groups when that game launched?

Oh, that game is called ‘Road Rash?’ Well, damn. Apparently I’ve lost a lot of brain cells between 1991 and now. Some of you didn’t even have any brain cells back then because you weren’t born. Shame on you for not encouraging your mother to have unprotected sex at an earlier age.

The closest I’ve ever come to full-on road rage was in Edinburgh, Scotland when I borrowed my French roommate’s car to make a beer run at Tesco. Some idiot was driving straight towards me in the same lane so I had to literally swerve out of the way to avoid a head-on collision. Only when I got to Tesco did I realize that people in the UK drive on the wrong side of the road — so in a sense, I was on the right side all along.

While my example may be pretty lame, check out this video of two businessmen going at it in Van Nuys, California — and check out the impressive BJJ skills on display. Props to Reddit for the find.
