Promotion’s #11 heavyweight Tai Tuivasa clashed with #9 Andrei Arlovski at UFC 225 on Saturday night (June 9, 2018) inside the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
After a bloody war, Tuivasa picks up the biggest win of his career via unanimous-decision. The Australian is now 10-0 overall, and 3-0 inside of the UFC.
We have seen some weird post-fight celebration but Australian Tuivasa made it to another level yes following his win, Tuivasa chugged a beer out of someone else’s worn shoe twice to celebrate.
Tai kicked of this smelly tradition after picking a win at UFC 221.

Tai explained this is a normal kind of thing in Australia for a celebration called ‘shoey.’ (Via MMAMania)
”It’s just an everyday thing in Australia,” he told Megan Olivi backstage after the win. “That was a reasonable, fairly lower kind of shoey. Usually you get someone to spit in it, everybody spits in it and then you obviously skull it. So … welcome to Australia.”
”Usually you get somebody’s work boot, that was a pretty new shoe, so that was all right. That was easy.”
Tai also told Ariel Helwani that he has dont urine shoey as well.
Tuivasa just asked me for my shoe to do a shoey. I said I didn’t have alcohol. He said I can piss in it. I asked if he’s ever had that, he said hell yeah. I did not give him my shoe. pic.twitter.com/pxLmljiJhk

What do you think of Tuivasa’s shoey act? Does it make you feel puking?
