We’re still reeling from Condit versus Lawler. Reeling not only from the decision, which many didn’t agree with, but reeling simply from the greatness that the fight exuded. What we saw in the octagon last Saturday was nothing short of cinematic. It was epic. It was Rocky, but real life.
Somehow, Hollywood couldn’t even come up with a story like what we’re seeing out of Robbie Lawler. A story of redemption. A story of power that emanates in the nut sack and makes it’s way up to your throat. True power that is undeniable.
Not even Bloodsport, a made up story by Frank Dux comes close to the story of Robbie Lawler. But despite not coming close, it’s still the closest we can get to the badassery witnessed by the world at UFC 195.
