For those of you wondering how such unfortunate circumstances could plague someone’s UFC debut as badly as Wagner Prado experienced at UFC on FOX, you need not look past this screen-cap. Behind that hyperlink is irrefutable evidence that the sunglasses indoors curse is alive and well, and it doesn’t care if you’re undefeated or how good Antonio Minotauro Nogueira says you are. Between walking out to Eminem and wearing sunglasses indoors, more fighters have lost their fights en-route to freak injuries and tarnished careers than any other reasons in the short history of MMA. We whole-heartedly hope Wagner Prado recovers and makes the debut he wanted to the next time around. Unfortunately, the only thing we can take from this past weekend is this short clip of him dancing to Michael Jackson before making his walkout. If only he would have carried these elusive movements into the cage with him, he could have forced Phil Davis into a dance-off instead of a fight, and the FOX television ratings would send a shot put through the Olympic audience.
