Ronda Rousey tooth

Remember when Ronda Rousey biting into an apple was this huge thing? For years the combat sports world has been obsessed with Ronda Rousey chewing, biting, gnawing, clinching or really anything you could do with your teeth.

The 32 teeth occupying the inside of Rousey’s has always been a topic of conversation. Judo throws, Pokemon, dogs named mochi and teeth have followed Rousey from the Olympics to MMA and now to the world of the WWE.

Rousey had the best match of her WWE career last night at the Survivor Series pay-per-view. Matched up versus Charlotte Flair, Rousey showed marked improvements in her in-ring work. One thing that immediately stands out about Rousey in a pro wrestling ring is how damn athletic she is.

The former UFC champion just moves at a quicker pace than everyone else and her moves are often thrown with move more force. Thanks in part to her fast twitch muscles, Rousey’s WWE matches have a different level of physicality to them. It makes for an interesting dynamic and makes Rousey’s matches standout from the crowd.

Like a lot of things in pro wrestling, you’re only good as your dance pattern. Rousey and Flair showed off some great chemistry on Sunday night. For the first time in here career Rousey was busted open and bled in a pro wrestling ring. The strike that caused Rousey to bleed all over her new ring gear was a firm elbow from Flair during an exchange on the ground.

Check it out in slow-mo below.

Rousey’s jaw rattles and we can’t tell if any of her teeth get knocked out of place. Is that her teeth or tongue that go for a ride after the elbow? Thanks Flair, you have now ruined our appetite for any apple-based snacks.
