The best knockout at UFC 302 didn’t even happen inside the Octagon.
Brawls in the crowd at MMA events is certainly nothing new. You put that much testosterone and alcohol into a confined space and eventually, things are going to pop off. That’s exactly what happened inside the Prudential Center on Saturday night when two fans got into a heated argument near the top of the arena.
In the clip, which you can see below, the gentleman in the black t-shirt and ball cap appears to try and calm the situation, particularly after the individual sitting down behind him goes rabid, begging the other to “slap him” whilst repeatedly slapping himself.
When it’s clear that things are only going to escalate further, the man in the hat tags the trash-talker with a right hand.
But it didn’t stop there.
Moments later, he blasts him with another right hand, sending the loudmouth douchebag tumbling down multiple rows before landing hard. Unfortunately for him, that wasn’t the end of it.

Fan Scores ‘Knockout of the Night’ at UFC 302 After the Event Fails to Deliver One Inside the Octagon
One fan can be heard in the background saying, “Knockout of the night.” Considering none of the fights at UFC 302 ended via KO, he’s technically right, though Kevin Holland did hand Michał Oleksiejczuk a pretty gnarly injury via an armbar 94 seconds into their fight.
Looks like Dana White owes that fan a check for 50k.
