The Thug Jitsu Master is victorious on his birthday weekend, yes! Cupcake party with noisemakers at the weigh ins? Check. Unbelievably baller TKO victory over a game opponent in the largest and most popular Mixed Martial Arts organization in the world? Check. Now all he needs to do is beat LayzieTheSavage in fantasy football tomorrow and I think we can all agree Yves has had one of the best birthdays ever.
Rafaello Oliveira tried to spoil the birthday fun with a blitzkrieg of fists at the start of the match but Yves would have none of it, circling out and loosening up in the middle of the cage. Yves begins throwing lunging jabs to the mid section of the BJJ black belt and chipping away at his legs with kicks. By the time the first round ends Yves is thinking about the leftover bday cake he put in the freezer and how much he wants to eat it, so he clocks Oliveira on the chin crumpling him midway through the second round. Yves dives on him looking to finish and pegs him in the face repeatedly. The ref lets the action continue and Oliveira stumbles to his feet, the Master of Thug Jitsu continues to pour it on then ends the match with a sweet head kick and a flurry of punches.
