The main event for UFC 130 hasn’t garnered much excitement, but after watching this Rampage: In the Moment mini movie thing, I realized that no one should feel jaded about this show or the main event. Rampage Jackson is every bit the MMA legend that Randy Couture, Fedor or Dan Henderson is (just to throw out some names), and with Rampage claiming that he will be retired withing the next 24-36 months, we should be watching tonight’s bout against Matt Hamill with a reverence usually reserved for for some of the big names mentioned above.
When the 37th edition of MMA history is written in 2084 there will still be a chapter fully dedicated to Quinton Jackson and his chain. The dude is timeless. So take 20 minutes out of your day and watch this well put together mini movie documentary thing and be reminded why Rampage Jackson is a legend in our sport. If you aren’t frothing at your mouth to watch Rampage fight by the 18 minute mark I will refund this article no questions asked.
