Aoki on the ground is scary, like a prime Cro Cop on his feet type scary, the only real difference is the amount of OWGP’s won by Aoki is severely less than the amount Cro Cop won. Let’s be honest about something unless you are a high level black belt, in some form of grappling Aoki is going to treat you like a red headed step child on the ground and show you no remorse. He makes a living out of not only beating the best lightweights on the planet, but making them look foolish on the ground. While MMA has taught me never to count out anyone, I feel that Rich Clementi’s chances of winning are about as good as the world ending tomorrow.
