Sage Northcutt picked up a unanimous decision win over Thibault Gouti in the main card of tonight’s (Sunday, February 18, 2018) UFC Fight Night 126 on FOX Sports.
Northcutt looked firm in the opening few minutes of the fight, showcasing his strong wrestling game against Gouti, who has now lost four straight fights in UFC. Gouti rocked Northcutt with a solid punch and got ahold of his neck for a guillotine attempt.
Gouti was in control of a second round, as he scored a takedown and never let Northcutt get untracked.
Northcutt did a better job in the third and final round with his standup game by delivering body kicks and jabs.
