Now that the Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand-Prix is set, we’ve made a handy bracket for you

2011 has already been overflowing with a steady amount of rawesome, and now that the official matches for the Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand-Prix have been set (according to Mike Chiappetta at MMAFighting), it’s time for all of you to predict who will claim the grand-prix belt and claim the status of [insert whatever the Strikeforce marketing department can create to garner interest]. We didn’t wait to create hype for the PrideFC-like tournament and have laid upon your eyes the official MiddleEasy bracket for the official Strikeforce heavyweight GP. There’s a lot of officials in there, thankfully Cecil Peoples isn’t one of them. The first two quarter-finals (which will go down on February 12th in New Jersey) consists of Fedor Emelianenko versus Bigfoot Silva and Andrei Arlovski against Sergei Kharitonov. The second part of the quarter-finals will be Brett Rogers against Josh Barnett and Ubereem taking on the Emelianenko-killer himself, Fabricio Werdum. It may be the fourth day of the new decade, but it’s time to get amped for this grand-prix at this exact moment. [Source]
