Michael Bisping still believes he defeated Wanderlei Silva

All Big Nog fans were on suicide-watch moments after UFC 110. Three Pride legends entered the cage and two brought the violence straight to your television like some gangster rap video from the early 90s. Cro Cop ventilated Anthony Perosh’s face with a well placed elbow that had Perosh’s bodily fluids leaking like some giant blister. Wanderlei threw more combinations than a bicycle lock towards Michael Bisping which not only rocked him in third round, but gained Wanderlei his first victory since 2008 against Keith Jardine. However in this recent interview, Michael Bisping makes it abundantly clear that he still thinks he won the fight and according to him, Wanderlei Silva knows he lost the fight.

“But other than the Dan Henderson fight, other than the [expletive] decision to Wanderlei Silva, I don’t think I’ve lost any of the fights at middleweight. I got beat by Dan Henderson, and that’s it. You know, I feel I won the fight against Wanderlei, and other than Dan Henderson, I’ve never been beat at middleweight … I’d love to avenge the loss to Wanderlei. I feel I beat him on that night, and I’d love to fight him again … You know, I mean, Wanderlei asked for the rematch. I think if he wants a rematch, that’s because he knows deep down inside his soul that I beat him. I didn’t have a mark on me that night, and his face was quite totally messed up.”

If Michael Bisping thinks he defeated Wanderlei Silva, then I’m pretty sure Matt Hamill is somewhere trying to convince the athletic commission that he beat Bisping at UFC 75. [Source]
